The marina is located on one of the most popular lakes for crappie and bass fishing in east Tennessee. The lake is also host to several crappie, bass and stripper tournaments each year. Easy access to two major interstates and is located just off a major state highway.

The marina consists of 328 boat slips, some with air lifts. Slips range in size from 20ft up to 70ft long for house boats. Fully stocked marina store with: deli, gas, oil, fishing supplies, live bait and boat accessories. Rental boats include: pontoons, john boats, bumper boats and party barges. A mobile home and guard house is included.
